The control of decision and Liability of the company

Zeal tech is established by the sole proprietor Syed Saim Faiz so the final decision from every
department is undertaken with his help. However, the company has two main departments, the
marketing one which is led by Mr Farhaj Ahmed and the administration which is led by Mr Ali
Raza .

The marketing based decisions are supervised by Mr Farhaj Ahmed where he looks over the

Faiz It involves sharing training sessions
being conducted, company’s services being(CEO) offered and their effectiveness and uniqueness
compare to other competitors. The administration decisions are run by Mr Ali Raza which
involves looking into the logistics, employees and company’s needs and all the finances there
are. The marketing and administration decisions are finally reviewed by the CEO and are carried
out with his permission and approval.

Sole proprietors have unlimited personal liability. There is no legal distinction
the owner and the business. This means that creditors of the business and individuals who have
other claims against the owner can reach both the owner's business and personal assets. The
liability of the company in the sole proprietorship includes the equipments like laptops and
mobile phones to the employees and the trainees. The company doesn’t have any pending dues
and debts so its ward off from those liabilities. Apart from that there is an insurance liability
which involves medical and car insurance given to the employees. Apart from this the company
is also liable to sales and service tax which is to be given to the government every year and is
revised annually as well.
