Case1
Calculate a package tour for following group. Use minimum group size of 20 pax

Flights: group net rate pp e 207 (pp=per person)

Taxes and fees pp e 68

Land package will include:

Accommodation for four nights:

Single room e 105 per night net per room

Twin/double e 130 per night net per room

Airport transfers: e 250 per direction (include both directions into your calculation)

City sightseeing: e 480 for bus and guide

Profit margin: 12 %

VAT 24% from profit margin

Please calculate how much is the group package including all services per person. Make each step of your
calculation visible (e.g. 200/31= 6,45 ≈ 6,5). Please note that when you are rounding a number, please
round it up either to next decimal or to next € in order to cover all costs.
The total amount to be paid by participants can be rounded up either to next 5 or 10 €. For psychological
reason can be rounded down by few euros (e.g. package total price 402,50 can be rounded down to 395).
Case 2
Calculate a package price for a group request of 30 pax. Use minimum group size of 22 pax.

Flights: group net rate pp e 340

Taxes and fees pp e 89

Land package will include:

Accommodation for five nights:

Single room e 118 per night net per room

Twin/double e 148 per night net per room

Airport transfers: e 290 per direction per bus (include both directions into your calculation)

City sightseeing: e 540 for bus and guide

Visit to zoo: e 24 per person

Transfers to zoo: e 180 per direction per bus (include both directions into your calculation)

Show-dinner at destination e 77 per person

Profit margin: 18 %

VAT 24% from profit margin

Calculate group price with following services in the offer of DMO with both flight alternatives.
(Accommodation, towel, tourist tax, transfer from/to airport, city tour and surprise experience)

Length of the stay is four nights in the destination from Monday to Friday.

Use a profit margin of 12 %

VAT 24% from profit margin
