Dear Parents,

I am contacting families with children participating in the Learning from Home Transition option to ask if
you would like your child(ren) to return to in-person instruction on October 13, 2020. All families who
chose this temporary option were informed that there would be three dates where students could
return to in-person instruction October 13, November 9 or January 5.

If you would like your child(ren) to return to in-person instruction starting on October 13 please
contact the school via email gkong@vsb.bc.ca no later than next Tuesday October 6.

If you do not want your child(ren) to return to in-person instruction on October 13 th you do not need to
respond. Please note that the next date for students to return to in-person learning will be on
November 9.

All families who let us know they want their child(ren) to return on Tuesday October 13 will be
contacted with additional details and information to support your child(ren) in making a successful
transition back to in-person learning.
