DAILY HEALTH ASSESSMENT REMINDER

From January to March 2021:

Of the COVID-19 positive cases (staff and students) that attended school/work while
potentially infectious, approximately 1 in 5 cases were at school/work while symptomatic.

Let’s ALL do our part! Remember…

• Do NOT come to school or work if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, even if
symptoms appear mild.
• Complete and follow the instructions of your Daily Health Assessment each
day prior to attending school or work.
