Narrative Report of my Learning Experiences

I was stunned while just staring at my laptop. I do not know what I will do especially since we
have a pandemic in which we do not see our opponent's disease and there is no cure for it. I went to a
corner of my room and had a chance to think and I thought I would not be blessed if I just stared at the
side so I acted immediately so that I will not waste my time. My group is required to do a case study
about the company and the company assigned to us is Unilever. Unilever company is one of the top 15
best companies to work for in the Philippines in 2020. We started looking for Organizational Behavior
related problem and we had a hard time finding it. What we did next was find an alternative course of
action that covers its advantages and disadvantages. In those two activities we worked together. The
third thing we did was distribute to the team members the rest of the work and what came to me was
an overview of the company, viewpoint, time context and objective of the case. I learned a lot from
doing this case study as my acquaintance with this company deepened because I had only heard of it
before and all I knew was that it was one of the companies delivering product to our sari-sari store
business. I asked my mother because she is the one facing the unilever personnel and she told me that
the Unilever personnel are doing well and there is no problem in the personnel and the service of the
company until there is a pandemic but I understand why their service that time is like that and my view
on this company has not changed it is still a good company to work with. While we were doing this case
study I had a hard time finding data most of the company data is private information so me and my
teammates have been patient in finding data to make a good outcome of our case study. I did
everything I could to make our case study worth it so I did email and call everyone I could talk to to
expand my knowledge of this company. We asked for information that was not clear to us so that the
data needed we could provide. This case study has been a great help to me. This Organizational
Behavior course also helped me learn the organizational behavior of a company.
