LEGAL OPINION

Legal opinion in respect of the schedule residential property bearing


Sy.No.314, admeasuring total area comes to Acres 0.10Gts or equaling to
1210.00 Sq.Yds situated at Narsingi Village, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy -
T.S., The Xerox Copies Scrutinized and the legal opinion follows:

I. DETAILS OF THE TITLE HOLDER:

Sri. K.Anjaiah was owner of the open land property in Sy.No. 314
admeasuring total area comes to Acres 8-09 Gts, situated at Narsingi Village,
Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy -T.S., that the land was Patta and Ancestors
Property got mutation and incorporated his name in Revenue Records.

Late. K.Anjaiah leaving behind six childrens namely 1).K.Bhag


avandas, 2).K. Govind Das, 3).K.Narahari Das, 4). Mrs.D.Rangamani 5).K.
Vijaya Laxmi 6). K.Pramila Devi after his demise his 3 sons and 3 daughters
become an owners of his property i.e land in Sy.No. Sy.No. 314
admeasuring total area comes to Acres 8-09 Gts, situated at Narsingi
Village, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy -T.S.

Whereas afore said legal heirs of Late K.Anjaiah sold the property
Acres 0-10 Gts out of Acres 8-09 Gts in Sy.No.314, situated at Narsingi
Village, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy -T.S to Mr. Venkata Chalapathi S/o.
Subbarayudu in the year of 1987 dated: 22nd July 1987,

DOCUMENT NO-1:

It is observed from the document, that late Sri. K.Anjaiah got the land
from his ancestors and its got mutation and incorporated his name Revenue
records.

DOCUMENT NO-2 :

It is observed from the document, legal heirs of Late K.Anjaiah entered in


Agreement of Sale with Mr. V. Venkata Chalapathi in the year of 1987,
dated: 22nd July 1987, it’s got validated through District Registrar Office,
Ranga Reddy in the year of 2018, Dated: 27-09-2018.

DOCUMENT NO-3 & 4 & 5:

It is observed from the documents, after completion of t he validation from


DRO, Ranga Reddy, Mr.V.V.Chalapathi approached for boundary fixin g for his
property.

OPINION:

In view of the foregoing observations and also upon scrutiny of the


copies of documents placed before me, I am of the opinion that Sri.
Mr.V.V.Chalapathi owner of the residential property comprised in Sy.No. 314,
admeasuring total area come to Acres 0.10 or equaling to 1210-00 Sq.Yds
situated at Narsingi Village, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy -T.S. There are
no legal cases pending of this opinion in any court.

As per validated document Mr. V.V.Chalapathi applied for mutation in


revenue records and M.R.O asked for Sale Deed to mutate in revenue
records in favor of is name, Mr. V.V.Chalapathi awaiting to execute a Sale
Deed in favor any third Party for title over the afore said property.

I am herewith returning all the copies of document with this legal opinion.
