COVID-19 pandemic.
 Spectators– limit of two spectators per student. Coaches are to communicate this to parents. All
spectators must symptom screen prior to arrival and should stay home if they feel sick. Social
distancing required at all times throughout the meet. If schools violate this request, their team will be
disqualified from the meet and entry fees will not be refunded.
 Masks are required at all times by coaches, competitors and spectators. Competitors may remove
masks while competing. No exceptions.
 Chip Timing—Ted Rupe timing will be managing our results this fall!
 Awards- Awards will be presented at the conclusion of all of the middle school and high school races
directly to coaches, no ceremony.
 Location— Kendall Hills (CVNP) at the Pine Hollow entrance (5465 Quick Rd, Peninsula, OH 44264)
 Parking – As in the past years, parking is not allowed on the street. We will run the several shuttle
buses again this fall. Busses will pick up and drop from the High School. Please make your parents
aware of this in advance! Athletes and coaches may be dropped off at the event site and then busses
may be directed to Woodridge High School to park. Busses are limited to 50% capacity because of
COVID-19. All individuals must have a mask to ride the bus. Busses may take longer to get to the
