- That the respondent judge concealed his administrative
charges against him from his appointment in the Judicial
Bar Council.
- That he is unfit to be a judge pursuant to the Rules of
Judicial and Bar Council.

already rendered dismissed by virtue of immediately
effective decision of the Ombudsman.
