SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, FELIX G. SAGOT, SAMUEL M. UTOM, VIRGILIA S. LAGRIMAS and FAUSTA S.

IBAÑEZ, Filipinos, of legal age, with residence address at Bongbong, Catigbian, Bohol, Philippines by
virtue of these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, RODOLFO S. SAGOT, JR., Filipino,
of legal age, married, and with residence at Brgy. Bongbong, Bohol, as our lawful ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT, for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the following acts and
deeds to wit:

1. To make representations in our behalf for the purpose of negotiating and processing the required
documentation to have the property of our late grandfather CALIXTO SAGOT rented out,
specifically CAD Lot No. 4115, under Tax Declaration No. 2016-13-0007-00159 located at
Bongbong, Catigbian, Bohol;
2. To submit, sign for and in behalf of all of us heirs, pay fees and others, and/or receive any
documents from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds in the Province of Bohol,
Provincial and Municipal Assessor’s and Treasurer’s Office, Provincial and Municipal
Assessor’s and Treasurer’s Office, and any other government agencies and offices, in relation to
the aforementioned purpose;
3. To sign, execute and deliver any other documents and effects, such as the Contract of Lease,
among others, as may be required to effectuate the procedure or processes in renting out the said
property.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary and proper to be done in
the exercise of any right and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
