Program or Activities are in line planned:

1. Relevance-whether the activities/implementation was appropriate;

2. Effectiveness - whether the result is inline with the inputs;

3. Efficiency - whether the resources/inputs were manage well;

4. Sustainability - whether the benefit has a lasting effect on the lives of beneficiaries;

5. Impact - whether the intervention has a mark/effect on the lives of the community.
