To meet the deadline on the submission of the individual and

summary of rating of teachers, School Heads, LAC Leaders,
Coaches before July 9, 2021, the following are suggested
schedule:
June 23-July 1, preparation and uploading of portfolio in PDF for
school-based;
July 1, 2021-finalizing the rating and uploading;
For Superviosr: July 5-6, preparation and uploading of Portfolio
for supervisors ( coaches) ,
July 7-8 finalizing and uploading the rating as completers.
Then, July 9, 2021- submission to HRDS & M&E for
consolidation
and preparation for the submission of portfolio and list
completers to RO on or Before July 14, 2021.
