guide:

1. Choosing a topic for an essay

- What is an issue/problem regarding concerns of your customers
(internal or external) that can be studied?
- Is the issue an interesting topic for a research?
- Will the study, if conducted, benefit many individuals?
2. Writing the essay
- Write a short background of the issue, as an introduction to the topic.
- Give a logical rationale for the conduct of the study.
- Include related studies/literature
- Explain the means by which the issue/problem can analyzed and
treated.
- Discuss what can be foreseen as a result of the study if conducted – to
conclude your essay.
