Dear Sir/Madam:

In line with the current COVID-19 situation, this year’s Brigada Eskwela 2020 (DepEd Order 24, s.
2008) with the theme, “Pagpapanatili ng Bayanihan Tungo sa Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa Kabataan,”
shall ensure that learning is continued while being responsive to the global pandemic as such Partnership
activities and/or collaboration shall be undertaken to implement the learning continuity plan.

The program will start on June 1 and ends in August 29, 2020 instead of one week. In behalf of
Talaga Elementary School, we would like to invite your organization to be part of this event as we believe
that your support is necessary in making Brigada Eskwela 2020 a success.

It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need the following for the safety of the teachers, school
staffs and specially the learners:

1. Thermal Scanners
2. Foot Baths
3. Face shields
4. Facemasks
5. Pocket Wi-Fi
6. External Drive
7. Sprayers, Drum, Tabo and Timba
8. Materials in constructing Hand-Washing Facilities
9. Vitamins
10. Printing Materials for Learners Modules
11. Awareness Campaign and
12. School Supplies and Cleaning Materials

You may bring any of the tools and materials mentioned.
