Request for sponsorship/partnership for proposed e-learning/digital solutions for Sierra Leone

I am pleased to introduce to you the above-mentioned Information Communication Technology startup,

with the purpose of building innovative technology solutions for variety of industries, including Education.

Sir/Madam, cognizant of the devastating impact that the Sierra Leone Civil War, Ebola and Corona virus
inflicted on the Sierra Leone school system, we conducted series of researches to determine how our
company could positively impact the education sector of Sierra Leone. We found that students have
been performing very poorly in public exams, including college entrances and NPSE/BECE/WASSCE
exams.

Consequently, we have developed a viable solution to help students familiarize themselves as well as
improve their performance across the country. We have built mobile apps that will make preparation for the
University of Sierra Leone Entrance and NPSE/BECE/WASSCE exams as easy, convenient and cost
effective as possible.

In addition, we are currently building another e-learning solution that will help to improve access to quality
education across the country via designated communities in such a way that will be cost-effective, reliable,
equitable, sustainable and innovative through the creation of cross-platform e-learning/digital solutions. The
platforms should allow for students, teachers, administrators and even parents to access educational resources
such as the national curriculum, course guide or catalogue, course notes, lesson plan, schedules, e-
libraries, and other supplementary digital learning resources through their personal mobile devices and
computers, and from secure computer labs. The lab will include laptops computers and or tablets. Please see

Sir/Madam, we believe that this is the future of education and that a partnership between both our
institutions is the best way forward for Sierra Leone.
