INTRODUCTION:
The global economy in the majority of the countries
depends on the SMES in 80 _90 % so the developing
countries look after about these companies because it
contributes in building the economy of these countries,
in Lebanon SMES contributes in 90% of the project in the
country but it faces a lot of problems and one of the
most important problem it faces which is project
financing this problem prevent theses companies from
doing their job in the growing of the economy and the
responsible of this problem is the banks and the
government .
