Basketball I, II & III – Week of April 6th -12th

Gentleman you are required to complete at least 30 - 60 minutes of basketball related physical
activity, four times per week. Activities may include any number of specific basketball related
activities such as dribbling, shooting, passing, post drills, finishing at the rim, defensive drills etc.
However, it may also include plyometric work, weightlifting, or conditioning. I believe a weekly
plan that includes all or many of these activities would be best. Eventually in time it will show
who was working and who wasn’t. If you lack access to a goal at your home or nearby at the
very least, it is important that you stay well conditioned. If you are having trouble coming up
with ideas on what to work on, think back to all the drills we did during the season and
incorporate them into your plan. In addition are a few videos posted below to give you some
extra ideas, one of them is from Cody Toppert, a former Albuquerque Academy player. Your log
is due on Sunday, April 12th at 11:59 p.m.
