Task:
Title: The Global Marketplace
In groups you are required to give a 20 min presentation on the strategic importance and impact
of growing a global organisation. Your group should choose an UK based organisation (which is
operating in other countries as well) and critically discuss the range of strategies and analytical
tools used by them to maintain and grow their market share. This should be supported with an
individual 750 word report. Your choice of organisation should be agreed with your tutor during
Tutorial. In this presentation and report you should cover learning outcomes 1, 2, and 3.
