该阀是根据建材、矿山、冶金等行业中对中、小固体块状物料的给料、输送、控制等工艺的
要求而研制的一种新型阀门，适用于≤50mm 物料的输送控制。
The Gate is the new type Gate designed according to the technologic request of feeding, carrying
and controlling the middle and small solid blocky material in building material, mining, metallurgy
industries etc. It is suitable to be used to control carrying ≤50mm material.
1、结构特点：
Structure characteristic:
采用优质型钢焊接，结构简单、易操作、无卡阻、刚性强、不变形、使用寿命长、基本无维
修量。是中、小固体块状物料控制的理想设备。
The Gate is welded in fine steel, having the features of simple structure, easy to operate, not
obstructive high strength, no distortion, long life and no maintenance. It is the ideal equipment of
controlling the middle and small solid block material.

4、工作原理：
Working principle:
棒条阀一般为常开型，物料处流通状态。根据工况需要切断或调节时,需逐个插入棒条，以阻
止物料流通，也可根据工况需要通过调整棒条间的间隙来控制物料的大小。
The Gate is the opening type. The material is in the state of circulation. When it needs to be cut off
or adjusted according to the working condition, the grid stick must be inserted one by one to prevent the
material from circulating. In order to control the size of the material, adjusting the clearance of the grid
stick according to the working condition also can be adopted.

5、使用说明：
Usage explanation
 安装时两法兰连接时必需加密封垫片，然后均匀锁紧螺栓。
 运行时不得对抽出的棒条进行猛烈撞击，以免棒条变形无法复位。
 切断流通块料时，必须从两边依次插入棒条。
 Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt
 Prevent the grid drawn out from hard bumping in order to avoid distortion.
 Insert the grid stick from both sides one by one when cut off passing block material.

该阀普遍适用于建材、冶金、石化、电力、矿山、轻工等行业，作为各类除尘设备的灰斗锁
气卸灰装置，及各种磨机、烘干机、料仓、筒库和闭式输送系统等的锁气、卸灰装置。
This valve is widely used in the building material, metallurgy, oil chemical, electric power, mining
and light industries etc. It is the discharging or air-locking device of all kinds of removing dust
equipment and grinding machine, drying machine, storing house and closing carrying system.
1、结构特点

该阀有重锤自动复位机构，具有运转平稳、节能，卸灰量大、小可调，卸灰、锁气、可靠等
功能。是各种无粘度的固体粉料，小于 Φ10mm 的颗粒料，晶体料，团状料，给、卸料工况的理
想设备。为单板卸料。
The valve is the automatic replacement machine. It is heavy hammer automatic replacement
machine, having the features of calm operation, saving energy, adjustable discharging and reliable
discharging and air-locking etc. It is the ideal equipment of all kinds of non-glutinosity, grain less than
Φ10mm, crystalloid, block material and supply or discharge of material working conditions. It is the
single disc discharging device

4、工作原理：
Working principle:
该阀主要由阀体、阀板、阀轴、摇杆、重锤等零件组成，利用力矩平衡的方法实现锁气卸灰。
即当作用于翻板上的物料产生的力矩大于重锤摇杆产生的力矩时，阀板打开卸灰，一旦积灰卸去
后，重锤与摇杆产生的力矩使阀板迅速关闭。
The valve is mainly made up of body, disc, axle, rocker and heavy hammer etc. It realizes
discharging and air locking using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on turning

plate is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the disc will open adown to discharge. After
discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive disc close quickly to realize locking
air.
5、安装及调试：
Installation and regulation
 安装时传动装置不允许作起吊用，并严禁损伤。
 安装前必须清洁阀门内腔，不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。
 安装前先检查阀门各传动部分是否完好，按用户工作系统要求对阀门做适当的调整（出
厂时已作标准调整）
，试运行无误后将阀门处于关闭状态再进行安装。
 法兰连接时加密封垫后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 该阀根据客户实际工况需要调整重锤的位置来保证每次的下料量及下料频率。
 The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.
 The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the
body
 Check the transmission part before install. Adjust valve properly according to the demand of
user. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.
 Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add
sealing washer.
 Adjust position of heavy hammer according to the demand of working condition to ensure lay
off amount and frequency
6、运输及保管：
Transportation and protection
 运输时应避免撞击阀门，阀门应处于关闭位置以防在运输中阀板和传动部件损坏。
 当阀门运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空，以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。
 传动装置及传动部位应作防潮、防雨处理。
 该阀应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。长期存放时应使阀门处于关闭状态，
各传动部位加润滑油，传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。
 Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.
 Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is transported in order to
prevent damage of axle.
 Treatment of damp-proof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.
 The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air. It should be in
full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device
should be damp-proof and dustproof.
7、维护及检修：
Maintenance and examination
 定期检查各传动部位的运行情况。
 定期检查阀门转轴处的密封状况，如发现密封问题请更换或填加石墨填料。
 Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.
 Check the seal condition of rotating axle regularly and exchange or fill with graphite filler.

该阀与电动执行器配套使用，广泛应用于石油、化工、水泥、电力余热锅炉系统，安装在中
温烟气管道上，接受调节信号自动控制或切断。
The valve and supporting the use of electric actuator is widely used in petroleum / chemical /
Cement, electricity waste heat boiler systems, installation of flue gas in the pipeline, to receive the
Signal-conditioning or automatic cut off.
1、结构特点：
设计新颖结构合理，调节板采用多叶、多轴式，使气流均匀分流，流阻小，启闭力矩小，动
作灵活可靠，各传动部位采用润滑轴承，运转灵活，摩擦系数小调节轻松自如，能有效地控制气
体流量，充分利用能源使工作系统达到最佳状态，是各种风管系统中理想的气流调节设备。
The valve has the features of novel design and compact structure. Its regulating disc adopts multi-blade
and multi-axle, which can shunt airflow. Flow resistance and open-close torque is little and operation is
reliable. The lubricating bearing of transmission part is flexible on operation and handy of regulating
with little coefficient of friction. It can control the airflow effectively and make the working system in
optimal state by making full use of energy. It is the ideal airflow-regulating device in piping system.

Working principle
由自动装置的角位移带动传动轴，把动力传给连杆，通过摇杆带动各百叶轴使调节板作同步
旋转，达到全开、全闭及任意调节的目的。自动装置与调节板的开度同步反馈 4～20mA 直流电信
号，用户可根据电流信号来控制调节器的任意开度。
The angle displacement of automatic device drive the transmission shaft to transport the power to
the connecting shaft, drive the blind axle through the rocker to rotate the adjusting plate in order to open,
close and adjust the valve freely. The direct current signal 4～20mA will be feedback by automatic
device and adjusting plate. User can control the open angle of regulator freely according to the current
signal.

 安装前必须清洁内腔，不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。
 安装前先手动启闭调节器一个周期，按客户工作系统要求对调节器做适当的调整（出厂
时已作标准调整），运行无误后将调节器处于全闭状态再进行安装。
 水平安装或垂直安装的阀门阀轴应处于水平位置，传动装置不允许作起吊用，并严禁损
伤。
 法兰式连接，安装时放置密封垫片（如示意图）然后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 先调试手传动装置，运行无误后将调节板开启一个角度，再调试自动、电动部分。
 根据自动执行机构控制原理调整反馈的电流信号。
（详见其说明书）
 调整完成后必须进行综合性能检查：接通电源开启阀门，当阀门至“全开”
“全闭”位置
时，行程控制机构应准确地切断电源，而转矩限位机构处于临界动作状态。开度指示机
构应准确地显示阀门的开启状态。
 若传动装置配备手动，手动与电动机构转换时，应切断电源。

 Trial operation of valve should be done before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a
period. Adjust the regulator according to the working system condition of user. Install the
valve in full close state when there is no mistake.
 The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The
transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.
 The regulator is connected by flange. Add sealing shim when install and then lock down the
connection bolt.
 Debug the manual device. Open a angle after there is no mistake, and then debug automatic or
electric parts.
 Adjust the feedback of current sign according to the automatic actuator device control
principle, which is detailed in specification.
 Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and
open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is
in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open
angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.
 Cut down the power when the manual and electric device is switched.
 运输时应避免撞击阀门及传动装置，阀门应处于全闭位置，以防在运输中板和传动部件
损坏。
 当阀门水平放置运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空，以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。
 阀门应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。
 阀门长期存放时应使设备处于关闭状态，各传动部位加润滑油。传动装置作防潮、防尘
处理。
 Avoid bumping of the valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to
avoid damage of disc and driving part.
 Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to

注：安装时执行器处于水平位置，风管角度 90°45°35°时保持阀板开启方向与积灰重力方
向一致。

 定期检查传动装置的运行情况：电机部分、控制开关是否异常。
 定期给阀的传动部位加润滑油。
 定期检查阀的密封填料处，补充、更换填料以防介质外泄。
 对阀门周期性维护时应全面检查阀的各密封部位、传动部位，对各密封部位应进行检测，
对检测数据应记录在案。
 Check the working condition of electric motor parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic
device regularly.
 Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.
 Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage
of medium.
 Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the
detecting data should be registered.

该阀普遍适用于建材、玻璃、矿山、电力、轻工、造纸等行业的通风、环保工程等管道系统
中。对管道中气体介质按不同控制信号调节流量大小和切断。
This valve is widely used in the pipe system such as venting and environment protection in building
material, glass, mining, power, light industry and papermaking departments. It can change the flow and
cut off gas medium in the pipe by the different control signal.
1、结构特点：
采用优质碳素钢焊接。具有结构合理、耐磨损、流阻损失小、操作灵活、指示方位明确、维
护方便、使用寿命长等优点。可水平安装或垂直安装。配用 DKJ、ZKJ、伯纳德等电动执行器及
有关配件，可实现手动、自动无干扰切换，微机程控、自动控制或中央集中控制，是实现自动化
控制操作、调节流量的理想设备。
The valve is welded in fine carbon steel, having the features of compact structure, endurance, little
in the lost of flow resistance, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. It can be installed in
horizontal or vertical. The valve is used with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard electric actuator and other accessory to
form a complete set to realize manual and automatic exchange without interference, micro-computer
long-range control, automatic control or center concentrating control. It is the ideal equipment of
realizing operation of automatic control and adjusting flow.

Working principle
由电动执行器接受变送、调节 DCS、PLC 等上位仪表的控制信号或操作器手控信号，输出角
位移带动传动轴，把动力传给阀轴带动蝶板作同步旋转运动，达到全开、全闭及任意调节的目的。
电动执行器与蝶板的开度同步反馈 4～20mA 直流电信号，用户可根据电流信号来控制蝶板的任

意开度，达到调节的目的。
Control signal or manual signal of DCS or PLC meter is accepted, adjusted and transmitted by
actuator. Then the actuator outputs the angle moving to drive the transmission shaft. It drives the axle
and disc rotating synchronously in order to adjust freely, full open and close. The open angle between
actuator and disc’s sync feedback DC signal is 4～20mA. User can control the random open angle of
disc according as the current signal.
 水平安装或垂直安装的阀门阀轴应处于水平位置，执行器不允许作起吊用，并严禁损伤。
 安装前先手动启闭阀门一个周期，按用户工作系统要求对阀门做适当的调整（出厂时已
作标准调整），运行无误后将阀门处于全闭状态再进行安装。
 手动操作时，应切断电源，不得在手轮上再增加辅助杠杆。手轮顺时针旋转为阀关，反
之为开。阀板开启角度为 0~90°。
 法兰连接的阀门安装如示意图，加密封垫后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 调试阶段先调试手动，运行无误后将蝶板开启一个角度，再调试电传动部分。
 调试完成后必须进行综合性能检查：接通电源开闭阀门，当阀门至“全开”
“全闭”位置
构应准确地显示阀门的开启状态。当手动与电动机构转换时，应切断电源。
 The axle of gate must be horizontal. The actuator can’t be used for hoisting and avoids
abrasion.

 The valve must be opened and closed for a week before installed and properly adjusted
according to the demand of user working system. If there is no mistake the valve can be
installed in full closed.
 The power must be shut down when operating by manual. Assistant pole can’t be added to
hand wheel. Clockwise rotation of hand wheel means open and anticlockwise means close.

 The sketch map of valve installation connected with flange is below. Lock up attachment bolt
after adding seal slice.
 First adjust manual in the adjusting period, then open an angle of disc after no mistake and
adjust electric driving part.
 Synthetic examination after adjusting: turn on the power, when the valve reaches the full-open
or full-close position control part should cut down the power exactly and torque limit part is in
the critical state. Open angle indicating part should show the open and close state of valve
exactly. Power should be cut down when transform the manual and electric part.

 定期更换电动执行器减速器的润滑油，以保证其机械部分不受损坏。
 Examine the operating condition of driving part termly.
 Replace the lubrication of actuator reducer termly in order to prevent engine part from
damaging.
 Examine the seal condition of rotate axle termly. Replace or add graphite stuffing if there is
mistake.

The butterfly valve can be used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, paper, water,
electricity, shipbuilding, water supply and drainage, metallurgy, etc. of all the corrosion, non-corrosive

This valve is applicable widely to be used as an airlock and ash discharging device of the ash
hopper of various dust removal equipment and used as an airlock & ash discharging device of the
various grinding machines, drying apparatuses, storage bins, silos and enclosed conveyer systems in the
building material, metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, mining and light industries.
1、结构特点
该阀为上下交替开闭，自动复位。传动为凸轮、连杆传动，重力自动复位，具有结构紧凑、
设计合理、运转平稳，卸灰、锁气可靠。是各种无粘度的固体粉料，小于 Φ10mm 的颗粒料、晶
体料、团状料，给、卸料工况的理想设备。
This valve is opened and closed up and down alternately and reset automatically. It is driven
through a cam and a connecting rod and reset automatically by virtue of the gravity. Being characteristic
of a compact structure, reasonable design, smooth operation and reliable discharge and airlock, it is an
ideal equipment for such working processes of feed or discharge of non-adhesive solid powders, less
than Φ10mm granular materials, crystalline materials and lumpish materials.

Working principle:
主要由阀体、阀板、阀轴、连杆、凸轮等零件组成，利用凸轮、连杆连续动作实现锁气卸灰，
凸轮系统由电气控制，因而阀板的开启角度和时间可由减速装置控制在一定范围内。减速装置带
动凸轮旋转至上半圈时，上层阀门的阀板逐渐打开卸灰，随着凸轮的旋转，复位机构使阀板逐渐

关闭；凸轮旋转至下半圈时，下层阀门阀板逐渐打开卸灰，随着凸轮的旋转又使阀板逐渐关闭，

driven to rotate to its lower half circle, the flap of the lower layer valve is opened gradually to discharge

two motions keep either of the two flaps on the piping all the time in a closed state, thus resulting in the
ash discharge and the airlock realized at the same time.

valve, be sure to check whether the rotating direction of the motor is identical to that of the
blade wheel of the valve (the rotation direction is indicated with an arrow on the valve body).
The method is described below: Open the motor protection closure, rotate the blades by hand,
adjust the rotation direction of the cam to that as shown by the arrow, jog the motor and
observe if the rotating direction of the cam is identical to that as shown by the arrow. Only
when the rotation direction of the cam is right, can the system be started up for operation
continuously, or otherwise, the equipment is liable to get damaged. Carry out the trial
running for 3 hours in the commissioning stage. Only when nothing faulty is found, can the
valve be put into operation and production.
6、运输及保管
Transportation and storage：
 运输时应避免撞击阀门，阀门应处于关闭位置以防在运输中阀板和传动部件损坏。
 当阀门运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空，以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。

主要由执行机构、阀体、插板、密封装置、行程开关等部件组成。运行时输出指令（电源或

造成浇注料产生裂纹，严重影响使用寿命。
 检查各部情况，点动全行程运转 3~5 次，每次行程中，任意位置停留 3~5 次，如无异常，
方可投入使用。

The valve, which is mainly composed of a shell, a rotary blade wheel, an end cover, a seal pair,
bearings and a driving device, is a device that is used to proportion powder and granular materials by use
of the volume and to make the material flowing in feeding by use of gravity. An electric drive unit drives
the blade wheel into rotation to feed the material from the top of the shell. When the blade wheel is
rotating, the material falling from above is conveyed to below, dropping down through the action of
gravity. A blow down opening installed on the side of the material discharge port is used to guide the
blow down material produced by the blade wheel rotation into the material discharge port, so as to
prevent any blockage.
5、使用说明：

 连接方式为法兰连接。安装时传动装置不允许作起吊用，并严禁损伤。
 安装前先检查阀门各传动部分是否完好，试运行无误后再进行安装。
 减速传动装置接线前，打开电机防护罩，手动旋转叶片，无异常现象后，方可接线。点
动电机试运行，试运行 3 小时后方可投入正常使用。
 适当调节括刀片与壳体间隙为 1~1.5mm（出厂时已调整好）
 减速机内加注所需润滑油，根据减速机说明书进行保养和换润滑油（脂）。
 该阀应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。

 The internal cavity of the valve should be cleaned before installation and no dirt or litter is
allowed to be found clinging to the valve.
 Check all the driving parts of the valve to make sure that they are sound and complete before
installation. Only when there is nothing faulty found in the trial running, can the valve be
installed.
 If a flange connection is adopted, put gasket rings first and t ighten up all the screw bolts
evenly.
 Before connecting the power cords of the reducer and the driving device, open the motor
protection closure, rotate the blades by hand and only when there is nothing abnormal found,
can the power cords be connected. Jog the motor for a trial running and only when the trial run
has gone for three hours, can the valve be put into normal operation.
 Adjust the clearance properly between the scraper and the shell to be 1 ～ 1.5 mm (the
clearance has been properly adjusted in the factory before its delivery).
 Replenish lubrication oil required into the reducer according t o the Operation Instructions of
the Reducer.
 The valve should be stored in a dry room and should not be stored or piled up in the open air.

定工作压力，甚至发生煤粉等可燃物燃烧爆炸时，管道内的气体通过该防爆泄压阀排气泄压，有
效保护系统中的其它设备，防止形成严重的爆炸事故。
Pulverized coal gas explosion-proof and pressure- relief valves are mainly used in the pulverized
coal preparation system in the industrial production process, such as: coal storages, coal storages, dust
collection bags, coal mills, pulverized coal scales, pipelines and other various pulverized coal
preparation system. When the pressure in the entire piping system exceeds the required stable working

等结束，或管路系统恢复正常时，自复位盖板在其重力作用下，自动复位，同时，需要修复防爆
膜。所设置的位置开关，用来检测盖板位置，达到远程监控的目的。

surrounding explosion-proof film blasts or not. If it blasts, the film of the valve needs to be
replaced before reuse.
 When the valve is working normally, regular check needs to be conducted to ensure the sound

2、气缸使用条件

1.）气缸使用系统压力、介质温度应符合各种型号汽缸基本参数表规定的数值（参照产品样本）

3.）为了润滑汽缸内部在气动系统回路中必须安装使用油雾器（无油润滑汽缸可不使用油雾器）。

3、汽缸安装使用

1)气缸开箱安装前应检查汽缸在运输过程中有无损坏，两端拉杆螺母或罗纹连接处有无松动，清除防
锈油及防护罩方可安装使用。
Before unpack and installed cylinder, it must to check if there is any damage in transit, both
side tie rod nuts and whorl joint loose. It is can’t be use till clean the antirust oil and take down the
safety mast.

It is must note that when cylinder is installed, the piston rod should not bear eccentric load or
horizontal load, and must make the direction of load consistent with piston rod axis line. It is best to
use live ‘v’ type joint or pin joint for load of long stroke and joint of piston rod. Any type of joint must
guarantee the installing base is hard enough.
3) 气缸缸体在水平使用时，可用“三点法”进行检查。首先是活塞与负载相连接。当活塞杆全部伸
出时，在杆的中间放一水准仪观察水平情况；其次当活塞杆处于中间位置时候，在靠近汽缸前端盖
处的活塞杆上放一水准仪观察情况；最近活塞杆处于退回位置时，应无别劲现象。长行程汽缸卧式
安装时，为了防止活塞杆下垂，缸筒变形须设置适当支承。
When cylinder body working in level, we can use “three-point” to examine. First make the piston
rod connect to load, when piston rod outstretch all, put a level in the middle of rod and observe it.
Then when the piston rod in the middle, put a level on piston rod near front cover. Last, when piston
rod back to position must does not have other vigor phenomenon. In order to prevent the piston rod
sag and body distortion, when installing long stroke must set support.
4) 采用前后法兰、脚架式安装的汽缸，应避免装螺栓直接承受推力或拉力的负载。
The cylinder installing which use front-flange type rear-flange type, support type cylinder should
avoid use bolt direct withstanding the thrust force or the pulling force.
5）采用尾部单双耳或中间摆动汽缸时活塞顶端连接销位置应与安装轴件的位置处于同一方向。尾部
单，双耳或摆动轴应与安装架之间留有合适间隙。
The cylinder using the single-earrings and binaural type at the end or middle-oscillation cylinder
when the piston rod top connecting pin must the same direction to the position of installation axis.

6）气缸安装完毕后应在无负载状况下使用工作压力运行 2-5 次，检查汽缸扣部无异常现象。

7）气缸调速。对汽缸运动速度有一定要求时，汽缸系统必须安装单向节流阀。一般情况下汽缸水平
安装排气节流汽缸速度比较平稳。汽缸垂直安装用进气节流调速时首先将汽缸连接负载，将速度调
节调整范围中间位置随后调节减压阀的输出压力，当汽缸速度接近规定速度时，即可确定为调定压
力然后可用速度调节阀进行微调。
Cylinder speed. If there is a request of the cylinder speed, the cylinder system must install one-way
throttling valve. In ordinary, cylinder installed exhaust throttle in lever,the cylinder is steady. If the
cylinder vertical installed and use in-air throttle regulate the speed, it must to make it connect to
load, let the speed regulate valve get to the middle of the range and then regulate out pressure of
the relief pressure valve, when the cylinder speed close to the stipulate speed, it can be defined
that it’s regulate pressure then use the one-way throttling valve have a fine-tuning.
8）采用可调缓冲汽缸，在运行前先把缓冲调节阀全部打开，然后逐渐增大阻尼知道满意为止。调节
缓冲针阀时顺时针旋钮阻尼增大，逆时针旋钮减少。
Use the adjustable buffer cylinder. Open all buffer regulate valve before operation, then add
damping till satisfied. When regulate the buffer valve, clockwise is the damping add,
counterclockwise is reduce.
4、汽缸维护

1）气缸正常使用后，要经常检查系统中分水过滤器和油雾器的工作情况，即时放水放油。不供油汽
缸 6 个月在汽缸内滑动部加涂润滑脂。

usually, instant refueling. If no supply oil 6 months it must spread the grease inside the cylinder the
active parts.

2）采用尾部单、双耳式或中间摆动汽缸，应定期向尾座或摆轴处加润滑油。

 加油换油制度：

第一次加油运转 150 小时后应更换新油，热机换油，并须冲洗干净，以后每 6 个月换油一次。

若选用润滑脂，则必须在定货时说明，以便在出厂前加好润滑脂。但在使用过程中，也必须
定期补充，推荐使用天津汉沽化工厂生产的 00 号减速机润滑脂。

电液推杆是以电机为动力源，通过电机正（反）转，将液压油经过双向齿轮泵输出成压
力油，再经过油路集成块至工作油缸，从而实现推杆的往复直线运动，用于在上升、下降或
夹紧工作物等场。
The Electric-hydraulic Operated Push Rod is equipped with a motor as its dynamic
force source. With the motor put into positive (counter) rotation, the hydraulic oil is formed
and outputted through the bidirectional gear pump into a pressure oil and sent further
through the hydraulic manifold block to a working cylinder, so that a linear motion of the
push rod is realized, which is used for rising, lowering or clamping workpieces.

推杆以液压油为工作介质，应具有抗氧化、抗锈蚀、防泡沫等性能，液压油经过滤后，
方可通过加油口注入推杆内。注：加油量，在活塞杆不伸出的情况下，加满油箱。采用液压
油为工作介质。冬季采用号，夏季采用号。
Hydraulic oil, No. 30 adopted in winter and No. 20 adopted in summer, is used as a working
medium in this push rod, which, characteristic of such properties as oxidation resistance,
rust resistance and anti-foam, is infused through the oil filler port into the push rod.
Note: When replenishing, the oil tank should be filled to the top under the
condition that the piston rod is not thrown out.

A Y series squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor is selected in coordination
with this push rod and there are two methods for its connection, one is delta connection and
the other is star connection (Fig. 3).

电机上的相序已经接好，只需将三根线接上即可。调试正反转时，只需将三根线中的两
根线对调，第三根线不动。非标电机，请严格按电机要求连接。

In commissioning of the positive and the counter rotation of the motor, it is only to
exchange the two of the three wires, with the third wire non-touched. For the
connection of non-standard motors, they should be connected strictly as required.

推杆已配置行程开关。行程开关里有四个触点，分别为常开、常闭（见图四）
The push rod is equipped with a travel switch and there are four contacts in it, two of
which are normally open contacts and the other two are normally closed contacts (See Fig.
4).

工作原理：触块到位后撞到行程开关，常闭触点断开，常开触点闭合。使用时，可根据
此原理控制行程开关或给定信号。

closed. When it being put into actual application, the travel length should be controlled and
a signal should be given according to this working principle.

方法：1、松开调整螺钉。2、调整滚轮装置。3、旋转角度进行适当调整后，再拧紧螺

1. Loosen the adjustment screw;
2. Adjust the roller unit;
3. Rotate it to an angle for proper adjustment and finally tighten up the adjustment screw.
、系统压力的调整 ystem pressure adjustment
推杆出厂时已经调整好溢流阀的压力，不需要再变动。如有异常变动，请按要求打
开维修盖，慢慢旋转集成块上的内六角螺栓，详见（图六）。顺时针转动压力增加，逆时针
转动压力减小。
The pressure of the overflow valve of the push rod has been properly adjusted in the
factory before its delivery and no adjustment whatsoever is needed. However, if there is
anything found abnormal, open the access cover as required and rotate slowly the
inner-hexagon bolts on the Hydraulic manifold block (See Fig. 6 for details). Rotate the
inner-hexagon bolt clockwise and the pressure is increased; rotate the
inner-hexagon bolt anticlockwise and the pressure is decreased. 


6、试运行(Trial running)：
启动电液推杆时，应先点动电器开关，控制设备往复运动 3~5 分钟，后再正常运转。
When starting up the electric-hydraulic operated push rod, first jog the electric switch
to control its to-and-fro motion for 3 to 5 minutes and finally put it into normal operation.
、推杆的正常保养 Regular maintenance of push rod 

推杆在使用半年内，要检查液压油的质量，特别是季节变更时，一定要注意液压油的
粘度，粘度不适应时应给予更换。推杆在正常使用后，要经常检查各紧固件是否牢固可靠。
Check the quality of the hydraulic oil within half a year after the push rod is put into
operation and pay attention to the viscosity of the hydraulic oil in season variation
especially. The hydraulic oil, if its viscosity is not suitable, should be replaced. Check all the

fastening parts regularly to make sure that they are fastened firmly and reliably after the
push rod is used normally.

●定期检查各传动部件的运行情况。
●每月定期对油缸内油位进行检查，如达不到油标位置或集成块上方 30mm 处，必须进行补足。
油必须无水、无杂质。油缸内的油每年更换两次，（推荐采用 32#液压油）
●定期检查电液推杆的活塞密封圈，以保证传动装置正常运行。
● Check the operation conditions of all the driving locations regularly.
● The oil level in the hydro cylinder should be checked at regular intervals each month and, if
the oil surface is below the oil leveler position or below the 30 mm position above the hydraulic
manifold block, oil should be replenished. The oil should be free of water and other impurities.
The oil in the hydro cylinder should be changed two times every year（32# hydraulic oil is
recommended to be adopted for this valve）.
● Check the seal ring of the piston of the Electric-Hydraulic Push Rod regularly, so as to
ensure that the driving device works normally.
