Chapter 15: Rizal’s Second Soujorn in Paris and the Universal Exposition of 1889

· While in Paris to attend the universal exposition, Rizal lived with his friend Valentin Ventura at No. 45 Rue
Maubeuge

Chapter 16: In Belgian Brussels (1890)

 Rizal left Paris and moved to Brussels. He lived with Jose Albert at no 35 Rue Philippe Champagne, owned by
