a. To push through with the project to convert wooded hillside to vineyard
b. To convince the newly elected mayor to approve the project
c. To provide thorough explanation to environmental group

1. A talk or meeting must be held between the new mayor Manuel Diaz, Winemaker Robert Mondavi,
Environmentalist group.
ADVANTAGES:
A. To know the stand of each party
B. To review the contents of the agreement
C. To know how the town or community can benefit from the project

DISADVANTAGES:
A. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
B. Additional time
C. More ideas, more discussions

2. Robert Mondavi should seek a meeting from national group like the Economic team in the Region
ADVANTAGES:
A. As economic team has more passion when it comes to income generation in certain areas, they
can explain it further to the newly elected mayor.
