1. SCHEDULING A MICROSOFT TEAMS MEETING

You can set up a formal meeting ahead of time and give the invited participants enough notice about a
meeting.
To schedule a Teams meeting:
1.1 Open the Microsoft Teams application.

1.2 Sign-in using your nstren account. Enter username and password.

1.3 Click Calendar from the Apps bar.

1.4 Click the New Meeting button that appears at the top of the right pane.
1.5 From the New meeting window, enter the Title, Start and End Date/Time, Details, and the names
of the people you want to invite to the meeting. For non-NSTren attendees, type their email
address and click the invite.

1.6 Click the Send button (The meeting is now scheduled and will appear in the Meetings section in
Teams as well as in your Outlook calendar.)

2. JOINING TEAMS MEETING

2.1 Click the scheduled meeting in your teams Calendar.


2.2 Click the Join button. 2.3 Click Join Now

3. TO RECORD THE MEETING

3.1 Click the toggle button then click Start Recording. (The meeting is now recording)
3.2 Click the Hang Up button if the meeting is done.

4. TO REVIEW THE RECORDING

4.1 Click Chat from the Apps bar then select the meeting attended then play the video.
