Isang
Buwan

A MONTH OF
FINANCIAL
SMOOTHNESS
BE
FINANCIALLY
SWABE
An everyday reminder that
you are 100% in control of
your finances. It’s us, not
the trend, external events
nor peer pressure that will
dictate your behavior
towards your money. It is
all about your choices. It’s
all up to you.

Let’s make financial

illiteracy a thing of the
past in our country!
Day 1
Barya ka ba?
Good morning!

Yieee! Kilig siya.

Never underestimate the

power of your "baryas".

Yang barya na yan kahit

maliit basta inipon aabot
din sa langit!
Day 2
Manual or Matic?
When saving and investing,
you can do it manually or
automatically.

Doing it manually will give you

a better practice of self-
discipline while enrolling in an
auto-debit
arrangement(automatic) will
give you the comfort of easy
payment.

Be wise and choose what

works for you.
Day 3
Basta Driver, Sweet
Lover
Having a clear vision when it
comes to your goals is very
important.

Kagaya ng isang driver, ikaw

ang may hawak ng manibela
mo. Nasa iyo yan kung
tatahakin mo ba ang road to
financial greatness or not.

"I am the master of my fate: I

am the captain of my soul."
-Invictus, William Ernest
Henley
Day 4
Nahulog ka na ba?
Naghulog ka na ba?

Wag magsasawang maghulog

sa ating mga responsibilities
sa life like income
replacement fund, educational
fund for your kids, and your
retirement fund.

Hulog lang ng hulog at ipon

lang ng ipon!
Day 5
Ikaw na ba si Mr.
Right?
Gusto mo ba makilala si Mr.
Right?

Malay mo nandiyan lang siya sa

tabi tabi. Finding the right
financial advisor is very essential
if you want them to help you
achieve your financial goals.

The right advisor will understand

your concerns and will give
solutions to your problem. Never
settle for less, find the right one
for you.
Day 6
Emo ka ba?
Minsan kaya tayo
napapagastos ng wala sa oras
dahil nagiging emotional tayo
sa mga bagay bagay.

Dapat macontrol natin ang

pagiging "impulsive buyer"
para tayo madisiplina kung
paano magmanage ng ating
finances and to make sure that
our cash flow is healthy.
Day 7
Di bale ng tamad, di
naman pagod
Isa ito sa mga pinakagasgas na
kasabihan nating mga Pinoy.

Ito rin ang isa sa dahilan kung

bakit maraming tao ang
nahihirapan at di marunong
humawak ng kanilang mga pera.
Many people are lazy to study
kung ano ba ang magandang
way to make our money grow.

Let's put an end to this

mentality, Filipinos deserve
better.
Day 8
Wala na kong pake
basta bahala na
Marami sa atin ang nagsasabi ng
"bahala na" when talking about life's
uncertainties.

But in reality kailangan natin laging

maging handa sa anumang
pagsubok.

We should always have an

emergency fund, income
replacement fund, and health fund
para ready tayo kung ano mang
pagsubok ang ibibigay sa atin ng
buhay.

P.S: Di mo need maging mala James

Reid/Nadine Lustre to start
protecting your income.
Day 9
Ikaw pa rin pala
ang hanap hanap
Hinahanap hanap mo rin ba
ang pera mo kapag naubos na
pera mo dahil sa kakabili ng
kung anu ano?

Walang masama bumili ng

mga gusto natin pero dapat
before that mayroon na agad
tayong nasasave bago bumili.

Be the one who saves first

before spending.
Day 10
Slow. Minsan Wifi,
Minsan Ikaw
Wag mainip, your money will
grow over time kapag ininvest
mo siya.

Don't expect na naginvest ka

ng 10000 pesos then next year
may 50000 pesos ka na.

Maging maingat rin sa mga

Get-Rich-Quick schemes.

Think long term.

Day 11
Utang ka ba?
Kasi habang tumatagal lumalaki
ung interes ko sayo...

May utang ka ba?

Kung wala, I'm happy for you If

meron, make sure na mabayaran
mo ito as soon as possible.

Wag mong hayaan lumaki ang

interest. Siguraduhing unahing
bayaran ang utang bago bumili ng
kung ano-anong bagay na di
naman kailangan.

Paying your debt creates peace of

mind.
Day 12
Kape ka ba?
Kasi gusto kita maKAPEling...

Sarap talaga ng kape lalo kapag

kape-ling ka
May mga tao sa buhay natin na
gusto natin kapiling, pero kahit
anong gawin natin darating din
ang panahon na tatawagin na tayo
ni Lord.

The beauty of an income

replacement fund is kahit na wala
ka na, maibibigay mo pa rin ung
financial needs ng mga mahal mo
sa buhay.
Day 13
Oras ka ba?
Habol kasi ako ng habol sayo...

Nalate ka na ba? Or minsan

sobrang aga mo naman sa
appointment mo?

Ang oras ay mahalaga, we only

have 86,400 seconds per day so
make the most out of it.

And when it comes to personal

finance, it's really about how you
start, but how early you start.

Time is one of the key factors

when talking about investments.
Day 14
Pimples ka ba?
Bigla ka na lang kasing pasulpot
sulpot...

Wag maging kagaya ng pimples

when it comes to your finances.

Wag pasulpot sulpot at

pawawala ang pagiipon at
pagiinvest. Dapat maging habit
mo ito na kailan ma'y hindi titigil
hanggang kaya mo.

Financial freedom is attainable

through proper knowledge and
discipline.
Day 15
Kutsara ka ba?
Napapanga kasi ako kapag
nakikita ka...

Pag masarap ang pagkain, for sure

napapanganga ka rin.

Kahit hindi healthy yan basta

masarap, automatic na kakainin
mo yan.

Dahil unhealthy lifestyle ka, baka

mapanganga ka rin once na
nagkasakit ka.

Kaya build your health fund as

early as possible and don't forget
to live a healthy lifestyle.
Day 16
Clown ka ba?
Bakit magaling magpasaya ang mga
clown?

Siyempre pinapatawa kayo nila sa mga

ginagawa nila at pinapakitaan ng
malulupit na magic. Pero paano nga ba
nila to nagagawa?

Of course, through practice and

creating a habit of making people
happy.

Kapag dating sa pera, you can also

create a good habit of saving and
investing for you to achieve your goals.

At the end of the day, I'm pretty sure

na ung bunga ng habit mo na yan ay
mapapasaya ka rin and your loved
ones.
Day 17
Susi ka ba?
Ikaw lang kasi ang nakapagbukas
ng puso ko...

"Ilang beses man madapa't

sumubsob. Kailanma'y gawing
matatag ang iyong loob." -Susi by
Ben&Ben

It takes courage, grit, and

execution. There will be times that
you will fail. There will be times that
you will be discouraged.

And when things don't go our way,

remember that you are not alone in
this fight. God will always be there
for you. Always remember your
purpose, and ask for His guidance.
Day 18
Bahala na si
Batman
Ako: Langya pre, wala pa tayong project.
Tropa: Hayaan mo na, bahala na si Batman.

Ayun, bagsak kami.

Common scenario ba? That's how

important preparation is. Don't expect a
good outcome kapag alam mong di mo ito
pinaghandaan.

No one will hand the silver spoon sayo.

Invest in yourself, increase your income,
and create a good financial plan for you to
be ready in every circumstance na
darating sa life mo.

A good financial plan will be the blueprint

towards you journey to financial greatness.
Day 19
Lapis ka ba?
Kasi ikaw ang guguhit sa buhay
ko...

Sino ba ang guguhit ng sarili

mong buhay?Si mama? Si papa? Si
ate? Si kuya?

The truth is, walang iba kundi

ikaw. Some people will only be
there to guide and advise you, but
at the of the day nasa iyo pa rin
yan kung paano mo iguguhit ang
buhay na gusto mo.

Preparation and planning are very

important for us to hit our goals
before executing on your ideas.
Day 20
Plato ka ba?
Di kasi ako makakain kapag wala ka...

Kagaya ng pagkain, kailangan natin ng

plato na paglalagyan nito para tayo ay
makakain ng maayos.

Ganyan rin sa ating finances, we need to

find the right place where we can put
our hard-earned money. Of course, di
mawawala diyan ang proper budgeting.

Operating activities, investing activities,

and financing activities.

After identifying these 3 activities, we

need to find a good investment and
protect product to make sure that our
family is secured and our money will
grow over time.
Day 21
Haw haw de
Karabaw
How? Paano? Ano gagawin?

Paano nga ba natin maachieve ang

financial freedom?

It's really a broad discussion kasi may iba't

ibang kahulugan tayo nito. But there are
some good foundation we need to build to
help us achieve that.

1. Increase our cash flow- I think this is

self-explanatory.
2. Protection- It's really important for us to
protect our income and assets para if ever
matamaan tayo ng sad events, ready tayo.
3. Accumulation- This is where we grow
our money.
4. Distribution- Whatever wealth we
accumulate, we need to plan for our
estate.
Day 22
Apoy ka ba?
Kasi ALAB you...

When people love someone, they will

do everything to provide and make
them happy. They will not waste their
precious time making their loved ones
sad.

"𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞" we're all run of out

time.

Make sure to leave something that

your family will never forget. Leave
something that can help ease the
burden of losing someone. You can't
control their emotions but you can do
something about their finances, make
sure you have an income protection
fund before you die.
Day 23
Mani ka ba?
PEANUTibok mo ang puso ko...

There are plenty of things that

makes our heart happy. Earning
good and providing for your
family is one of the many things
that make people happy.

It can also be some material

things that we always dreamed
of like our first house, first car,
first business, and many more.

Through proper planning and

execution, we can all do this.
Day 24
Masakit ba
katawan mo?
Boy: Miss, masakit ba katawan mo?
Girl: Hindi, bakit?
Boy: Kasi hulog ka ng langit sa akin.

Tama naman si kuya, masakit talaga

sa katawan if you're working too hard
para mahulugan lahat ng kailangan
mo bayaran.

Your bill won't stop but your

productive years will come to an end
in the near future.

As early as now, you need to save

and invest for your future para di ka
magkukumahog kapag malapit na
ang retirement years mo.
Day 25
Bola ka ba?
Di kasi kita ipapaagaw sa iba...

"Ball handling, ball control, ball

security."

Sa sports, you need those para di

maagaw sayo ng kalaban ang
bola.

"Emergency fund, life insurance,

health insurance."

Sa wealth building, ito naman ang

kailangan natin para di maagaw
ng mga unfortunate events ang
ating pinaghirapan na ipon.
Day 26
Tubig ka ba?
Di kasi ako mabubuhay ng wala ka...

Ano ang mangyayari kapag nawalan

ng tubig? Siyempre mamamatay ang
mga isda

.Kagaya ng isda, tayo ring tao ay may

mga needs

And most of our needs ay kailangan

ng money,Without money, it will be
hard for us to live kasi di natin
mabibili ung mga kailangan natin sa
buhay.

Kaya always manage your money

properly para di ito basta basta
nauubos.
Day 27
Itlog ka ba?
EGG-agawin ko lahat para sayo...

Gagawin naman talaga natin lahat

for our dreams di ba?

Even athletes, entrepreneurs,

celebrities, scientists, and
philosophers did their best to be
where they are right now.

"𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁,

𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲
𝗶𝘁." -Gary Vaynerchuk

Let us all do our best to get where

we want to be. It will not be an
easy road but it is is possible.
Day 28
Bakal ka ba?
"Walang naninira sa bakal kundi
ang sariling kalawang."

Not your family, friends,

economy, and etc.

Kagaya ng bakal, it will always

be you that destroys yourself.

But the good news is kaya rin

natin ayusin ang sarili natin.
Destroy your bad habits and
weak mindset, create a new
one that will help you be a
better person.
Day 29
Pustiso ka ba?
I can't smile without you...
When you have some dental
problem, smiling without a denture
can be a tough job.

When you have some sort of a

financial problem, smiling without a
proper financial plan will also be a
tough job.

Having a plan to execute will

always be a good start in solving
your current problems. A proper
financial plan or budgeting plan will
help you prioritize what really
matters for you, it will help you set
goals and milestones towards your
journey to financial freedom.
Day 30
Hanggang kailan?
"Will 5 years be enough? How about 10 years?
Let's try for 20 years?"

It will really depend on what kind of lifestyle

you want when your productivity starts to
decrease when you reach the golden years of
your life.

If you want to maintain the same standard of

living you have right now, you will need to save
bigger and longer for you to attain it. Your
health will also play a vital role in how much
you need during your golden years, medicines
and regular checkups must also be considered.

So if you will ask me, "Sa tingin mo hanggang

kailan ako dapat magipon?"

My answer will be, hanggang kaya mo,

hanggang may income ka dapat nagiipon ka
kasi you'll never know kung hanggang kailan ka
lang din healthy at mabubuhay. At the same
time, mas maganda ng sobra sobra ang maipon
natin kaysa naman kulang na pwedeng maging
dahilan para maging burden pa tayo sa ating
mga anak.
