any circumstance where an applicable Best Available Technique
‘was not employed by the Company, why it was not employed, and
what the Company has done (or intends to do) to redress such
circumstance;
the identification of Best Practices on an ongoing basis;
any circumstance where an applicable Best Practice was not
‘employed by the Company, why it was not employed, and what the
Company has done (or intends to do) to redress such circumstance;
and
such other information as may be necessary or usefill to enable the
GOL effectively to monitor the Company's compliance with its
particular obligations (including without limitation those with
respect to environmental, social, and socio-economic health,
occupational safety and health, labor and, security matters) as set
forth in this Annex J.
Such pertinent and other information (excepting that in regard to Best
Available Techniques and Best Practices) shall also be provided by the
‘Company to the GOL upon the GOL's request, in respect of each of the
Company’ 's Contactors, Subcontractors, sharcholders, directors, officers,
ts, representatives and consultants employed, hired, or
iployees, agent
authorized by the Company. or by any entity acting for or on bebalf ofthe
