LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION
 Main area : Operations and Maintenance for IN and Charging System Nodes (CS5.0 & previously NSN IN).
 Taking care of the CS5.0 business configuration and CIP/IP features, by achieving the configurations/settings
for the Marketing offers and promotions.
 Follow and participate in all phases of a project (from framing to deployment).
 Report progress and arbitrations to decisions-making bodies.
 Ensure project management work with IT department (writing functional specifications, prepare user
acceptance documentation, deployment support).

From December 2009- January 2015 Ooredoo Algeria

 Senior specialist CS5.0 business configuration and O&M, health-checks of the nodes. Performing
configuration through SDP (SMA/RMA) & AIR (AVIM/RMA).
 In charge of the design and the implementation of the CS5.0 business configuration, O&M & health-checks
of the nodes. Configuring CS5.0 features (Offers driver rating, PAM, Refill logic … etc). Implementing
distributed promotions based on interfaces using UCIP/VSIP & Diameter SCAPv1/SCAPv2, Gy.
 Configuring interfaces and services interacting with 3PP products, VAS, provisioning systems, and ensuring
system interaction with all existing external solutions (through different protocols: UCIP, XML, Camel,
Diameter, Gy).
 IN engineer on NSN IN 7.9 and Ericsson CS5.0 prior to system migration towards Ericsson CS.
