Cyber bullying

In my opinion, cyber bullying is a real problem and it should be dealt

with accordingly. Although this is a problem, I don’t see it as a major
one. People blame social media owners for this problem when all it
really is a dilemma of how people react to it.

Firstly, Cyber bullying can be seen on all social media websites from
Facebook to Instagram and even YouTube. The roots of cyber bullying
are set on the content that is posted on a specific social media site. If
your content is outraging, downstraight offensive or just inappropriate
you should assume the cyber bullying that you are going to get from it.
Actions have consequences even in the internet world where people
see everything. You can’t expect admins and owners to protect you
when your content isn’t appropriate.

I expect this ban not to be introduced because it would be unfair for

critics who play a vital role in showing the real side of things on the
internet. People need to stop seeing the internet as he wild west. The
internet can be a harsh enviorment, but the way that affects each and
every one of us is up to the individual. If you are a shy and easily
offended person maybe you shouldn’t use the social media or at least
not to stand out on it. But if you are an ambitious person who takes and
assumes people’s opinions as they are you have the golden opportunity
to improve your internet profile and persona.

My experience with cyber bullying has been a rather simple one. Every
time I would get mean comments I would do one of the two
approaches I discovered. The first approach revolves around ignoring
the mean comments if they show no connection with the regarding
post. But if the comment is related to the post I usually use it as a harsh
feedback to my work and I use it to improve it.

At the end of the day it all depends on the sole individual and how he
reacts to the internet community. Cyber bullying affects the ones who
let themselves offended.
