    Before E-Lok Adalat

    The matter is taken to E-


    Lok Adalat in the presence of
    Advocate conciliator. Sri. KVM
    Advocate for the petitioner,
    Sri.SSN Advocate for the R.2
    present before the court. The
    petitionre is taken to V.C. The
    matter conciliated. The
    petitioner submits that he has
    got settled the matter for total
    compensation of Rs.1,80,000/-.
    Accordingly joint memo,
    petitioner's affidavit.
    The settlement is voluntary
    one and it is accepted. The
    matter is compromised. The
    petitioner is entitle for get
    release of 70% amount.
    Remaining 30% amount shall
    be kept in F.D., for 5 years in
    any Nationalized Bank of his
    choice.
    Draw award as per joint
    compromise terms and as per
    above order terms.
