Terms & Conditions

1. Origin
 USA (Designed & Manufactured by BestCode in Texas, USA)

2. Installation
 Free of Cost installation will be done by BestCode Engineer.

3. Warranty
.
 All brand new BestCode printers are sold with a (02) two years manufacture
warranty. It is a requirement of this warranty that only genuine BestCode parts and
consumables are to be used during the warranty period.

4. Training
 Free of Cost Training will be provided by BestCode Engineer.

5. Travel and Accommodation

 This quote includes all travel and accommodation costs associated with the sale,
installation and commissioning of printers, and training of customer’s personnel
within the warranty period.

6. Service and Breakdowns

 US-BD Technology Ltd. offers service and maintenance on all BestCode equipment,
and a breakdown service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We strive to respond to all
breakdown calls in the cities in which we have an office within 4 hours.

7. Payment Terms
 Payment is to be made by Account payee Cheque in favor of “US-BD Technology
Ltd” Advance 60% of the quoted price along with work order and the rest should be
paid within 7 days, after delivery and successful operation of the machine at site.
