During the rainy season visually-challenged people face difficulties in travelling because potholes are filled with water.

The smart walking stick

consist of ultrasonic sensor, moisture detector and a buzzer. The moisture detector is placed 2 inches above from the bottom end of the stick
owing to the reason that pothole are much more in depth in comparison to the normal roads so the detector only alerts visually-impaired only
when the potholes come in contact with the stick.
