WHAT IS THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL/LAW

INSTITUTIONS IN LAW?
Educational institutions play major role in law making or developing laws of any country. As
all the lawyers, judges of the any country pass from law institutions which give that particular
type of reasoning which is legal reasoning, which help lawyers to criticize and do critical
reasoning of any law, that’s lawyer also known as critiques of law. Lawyers are legal
representative of country as most of the people in our country are not aware of our rights,
lawyers tell people their right and also by defending convicts they save them by exercising
convicts’ fundamental rights, and this only what law schools teaches their students that how
to defend anyone and provide them fundamental rights. Law schools teach their students not
to do interpretation of law because law is dynamic, it changes according to time, but they
teach students how to interpret the law, as once we learn how to do interpretation it will
become easier to study and interpret any law. Law schools teaches the essence of law, critical
reasoning, how to find out loopholes in any law etc. law schools teach students social
awareness, how racial or class discrimination play an important role in law making. Not
every person is capable of understanding law or if they understand they don’t able to interpret
according to situation here lawyers come in picture, law schools tell students how you can
understand the emotional situation of your client, their will, what is the requirement of your
client what do they expect from their lawyer and how perfectly do lawyers present their facts
and provide justice to their clients these all things are taught by law institutions. Law schools
shapes the brain of the students in the way different from amateurs of law as lawyers not only
study law they understand and interpret it. In my opinion many law institutions forget to
teach the resolution between the parties, most of the lawyers in India take money from both
the parties and just fool them and don’t give their parties the true opinion or proper view of
their case that’s why people don’t believe on lawyers or liars what people say. After court
decision lawyers should meet their client, so that they may be able to assimilate their decision
and all things remain stable, and this assimilation of decision are not taught by law
institutions in India, in other countries like US there is separate course for this subject. Law
students think that every individual in society have equal rights no matter male, female,
transgender, lunatics, and even convicts etc. and they just only work on this. And it is only
law institutions, which can criticize any law, apex courts and what wrong is going in our
country’s legal cycle freely, because somewhere lawyers are bound because they are in the
legal system but institutions are not. Law institutions provide us an environment that open
sphere where we can openly keep our views and allows other views to flow in and understand
what is the need of the hour in any country’s legal system.
