STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

1. Title of your research: “Impact of Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law in
Students and Education in State Universities and Colleges”
2. Purpose statement:
The investigator seeks to impact of Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN)
Law to students and education in State Universities and Colleges in Iloilo City. To educate the
public that education services are funded by taxes, and that TRAIN is needed to sustain these
services.
3. Central question?
What does it mean to know the impact of TRAIN Law in students and education in state
universities and colleges?
4. Sub-questions:
What impact does the students and education in state universities and colleges engage in as
an individual affected by TRAIN Law?
5. Other questions:
a. What does TRAIN Law means?
b. What does it have to do with the students and education in state universities and
colleges?
