Brief background of the chosen organization in the case study how it was before Gestner took
over and then after also.

Brief introduction and definition of cultural web in accordance with (Johnson and Scholes)

If you are using a cultural web : Draw or design a cultural web for the organization before
Gestner and after Gestner and discuss the implications in accordance with the changes in IBM.

Or

If you are using Kaleidoscope, brief introduction and definition of Kaleidoscope needs to be
considered in accordance with (Balogun and Hope-Hailey) . Draw the Kaleidoscope change
chart by assessing and explaining the features that were prone to Enabler (Positive), Neutral (N)
and Constraint (Negative) and discuss this in accordance with the change in IBM

These concepts should applied on how changes took place in IBM

Based on some of these then discuss some of the strategies that might be applied to overcome
