Hanna’s short term goals

Short term goal

The short term goals are to make sure the Client works together with the therapists with in a
period of one week in order to be helped in coping up with diagnosis skills of “Acute Stress
Disorder”. But the Client will be meeting at least two to three times a week in outpatient setting.

Mid-term goal

Re-examining a Client: after a period of two weeks, a Client will be reassessed of the treatment
and also re-adjust to the remaining problems. In case a Client is still using alcohol to help her
sleep, a screening process will be carried out to check if outpatient or inpatient treatment center
will be necessary.

Long term goal

Appointment scheduling: Client will fix time to have a word with her supervisors directly, and
explain her or his diagnosis of stress. A Convenient time schedule being a period of four weeks
or one month

Predict Hanna’s success by explaining her strengths. How did you use her strengths in the
development of the service goals?

Commitment to treatment, Hanna’s willingness to Continue with her treatment even when she
gets out of the treatment center for the good period of time

Commitment to assignment, Alongside Commitment to treatment, Hanna’s willingness to


continue working on the assignments given to her by the therapists, then after Hanna will be
given two more weeks before being re-examined.
Willing to open up, Hanna’s ability to openly speak to her therapists willingly in the treatment
center
