Basic Hiring Contract

{Name}, henceforth known as “Employer,” and {Name}, henceforth known as

“Employee,” enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) on {date}.

Employer and Employee agree to the following provisions as conditions for

Employee’s employment at {name of company}:

 Employee will hold the position of {name of position} at {name of

company}.

 Employer will pay the Employee a {weekly, annual, etc.} salary of

{amount in dollars} as compensation for this position.

 Employer will provide Employee with the following benefits: {list of any
benefits that come with employment, including healthcare,
retirement, gym membership, etc.}.

 Employee is eligible for certain performance bonuses based on {ways in

which Employee could earn bonuses, if applicable}.

 This agreement will {terminate on a certain date, at the discretion of

other party, or will be up for renewal at certain times}.

Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall

not affect any other provision of this Agreement.

This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of {State}.
