people whose babies were dying to build a sanctuary and drop sick babies from
the roof to show their trust in the almighty. When they did, it tells the story that the

they decided to make the perforations as a tactic to stop the attacks. The action of

father exchanges the girl with another family, he will receive a number of cattle
according to how large the disc or plate is.

To recognize people of a high social status, because formerly the rings were gold.
Today the material of the rings can be copper, bronze and brass. The weight of
these are maximum 5 kilos and can reach 15 centimeters.
How are the rings placed in Thailand?
They use a golden spiral hoop to which they are placed around the neck, then it is
adjusted gradually. This lasts about 1 hour.
According to people of the tribe pain is not felt only when they are girls. This
custom begins at 5 years old and they do an initiation ceremony. It is important to
emphasize that it is not mandatory in the tribe to use it.

The change and cleaning of the necklaces is in full moon celebrations.

A curious fact is that the neck does not grow, what happens is that the clavicle and
the rib fall with the weight.
