Partaking of Food

 How we partake food is very important for our wellbeing.

 These are some of the manners man has developed.

How we should get ready for a meal

 See whether all are invited for the meal depending on the occasion.
 See whether the plates are arranged properly. Everybody should have a
plate.
 Wash the hands properly. If you are using fork and spoon see whether
they are kept in place.

How we should commence the meal

 If at home, an elder in the family ( father, mother, elder sister) will make
the first serving to all.
 Rice or the main item will be served to all. All will wait until every item is
served.
 Then all will start eating together.

Manners we should follow while eating

 While eating you may serve yourself as you please. But never serve
yourself more than what you can eat.
 Also never serve yourself without leaving for others.
 Eat in an orderly manner. It means you have to start eating at one end
of the plate and progress nicely.
