MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental represented by ARNLD S. LLABAN, LLB, MBE,
MNSA, Governor, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY:

AND

The Provincial Federation of the Liga Ng Mga Barangay of Davao del Sur represented by JONATHAN
O. MOTAR in his/her capacity as Provincial Liga President herein referred to as the SECOND PARTY:
WITNESSETH

Whereas the Provincial Federation of the Liga Ng Mga Barangay imploring the aid of the government from
the Local Government Development Fund (LGDF) of Davao del Sur in order to achieve the objectives and goals in
public service and realizing the need to establish a bond between and among ourselves and promote our welfare
which shall guarantee access to mechanics and services in supports of efforts to improve their service for the
communities.

Whereas, relative to the above-mentioned legal mandate, the SECOND PARTY requested funding support
to the FIRST PARTY for the Liga Ng Mga Barangay located at GALANG, Digos, Davao del Sur.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The FIRST PARTY hereby grants to the SECONDARY PARTY an amount of
One Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P 20, 000.00).
2. That the SECONDARY PARTY shall issue an official receipt to the FIRST PARTY
upon receipt of the amount.
3. That the SECOND PARTY shall immediately implement the project in accordance
to its purpose and subjects for liquidation in accordance with COA rules and regulations.

BEFORE ME, NOTARY PUBLIC for and in the Province of Davao del Sur personally appeared the above
named persons with the community tax cert. nos. as shown below their names, personally known to me to be the
same persons who signed the foregoing instrument. They represented to me that the signatures on the foregoing
instrument have been voluntarily affixed by them for the purposes started therein. They declared that they executed
the foregoing instrument of their own free and voluntary act and deed. This acknowledgment refers to a
memorandum of agreement consisting of one (1) page.
