    Project Name: Promotional DVD Project

    Vendor Name: Cascade Distributors

    Phase 1: Designing a brochure from the DVD content.

    Phase 2: Printing 1000 copies of the brochure.

    Phase 3: Drafting a letter to accompany the brochure and DVD.

    Phase 4: Creating 1000 packs of the letter, brochure and promotional DVD.

    Phase 5: Distributing the 1000 packs to contacts on the provided database throughout Australia.

    Phase 6: Conducting a follow-up call to each contact between 1 and 2 WEEKS following
    Required Timeline and Milestone Dates:

     Phase 1 – Commence Sunday 26 August, complete Wednesday 5 September.


     Phase 2 – Commence Thursday 6 September, complete Saturday 8 September.
     Phase 3 – Commence Monday 10 September, complete Tuesday 11 September.
     Phase 4 – Commence Wednesday 12 September, complete Saturday 15 September.
     Phase 5 – Commence Monday 16 September, complete Friday 21 September.
    Distribute 200 packs per day for 5 days.
     Phase 6 – Commence Monday 14 September, complete Friday 28 September. Fifty
    calls a day per caller.

    Cost Parameters:
    Fixed cost of $7.200 as per quote.
