straightaway and he could see.
On another occasion, they brought
a sinful woman to Christ. We should

They were about to throw stones at
her. “Let the person who has
never done anything
wrong throw the
first stone? Christ
answered. He
turned to the
woman and said
to her in a voice
full of love, “Go,
and sin no more”Christ said to his disciples,
“God (s your Father, and this is how
you should speak to him:
Our Father, in heaven,
may your name be hallowed,
your kingdom come;
your will be done
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today
our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors,
and do not lead us into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

One day, he took Peter, James and John up onto a high mountain.
There he was transfigured before them. His face shone brightly
like the sun, and his clothes shone like the light.
Two prophets, Moses and Elijah, appeared together with him.
{ The disciples fell down, because they could not bear to see
the glory of Christ. It was all so beautiful in the light of Christ
that Peter cried out, “Let us put up three tents so that we may
stay here forever!”
