The above parties hereby agreed that Seller shall sell and Buyer shall buy the following
commodity with the following terms and conditions:
1/ COMMODITY: White Grain Vietnamese Rice
2/ SPECIFICATION:
* Moisture (max): 14.0%
* Foreign master (max): 0.5% .
* Broken (max): 25.00%
* Whole grain (min): 40.00%
* Damaged kernels (max): 2.00%
* Yellow kernels (max): 1.0%
* Discolored kernels (max): 0.5%
* Chalky kernel (max): 8.00%
* Red kernels (max): 4.00%
* Paddy (per kg) (max): 0.2 grains
* Immature kernel (max): 1.00%
* Average grain length (max): 5.00 mm
* Average grain width (max): 3.00 mm
* Crop: 2020
* Milling degree: Well milled and double polish
Quality of goods is to be determined at the unloading port by Continent Inspection Service
Co.Ltd. Inspection charges shall be borne by the seller.
C/Q issued byContinent Inspection Service Co.Ltd shall be final and binding both parties.

3/ QUANTITY: 10.000 MT (+/-5% at Seller option)

Tolerance’s price is determined at time of delivery
The mention above quantity is understood as gross weight for net
Quantity is to be determined at the unloading port by Continent Inspection Service Co.;Ltd.
Inspection cost shall be at Seller’s account
C/Q issued at the unloading port shall be final and binding both parties
4/ PACKING: in new single jute bags of 50 kgs net each
5/ DELIVERY:

● Time of delivery: No later than September 30th 2020

● Port of delivery: Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

● Port of discharge: Los Angeles Port, California, USA

● Within 48 hours prior to the goods’ arrival at the agreed destination place, Buyer
should inform Seller of details of ETA.

● The cost of storage due to delays in those formalities being completed is for the
Buyer.

● Partial shipment and stale B/L are not accepted.

6/ PRICE:
- Price currency: USD

- Unit price: USD 200/MT for packages from 9kgs to 50kgs per each as per DPU Cat
Lai Port, Incoterm r 2020, packing charges included.

- All export duties, taxes, levies relating to cargo if any in the country of origin to be
Seller’s account

- All import duties, taxes, levies relating to cargo if any in the country of destination to
be for Buyer’s account

- Loading, unloading charges of the cargoes are to be for Seller’s account

- Port charges and taxes relating to vessels/freight for Seller’s account.

- Total price: Approximately 200,000 +/- 5%

(In words: About two hundred thousand dollars .)

- By the time of delivery, if there is a downward or upward change of more than 5% the
above price shall be mutually redefined. If the fluctuation is of less than 5%, the basic
price shall still be taken as final.
