This letter is to confirm that Mr. Auniruddho Piaal is an employee with our company on a full-
time basis. He is currently working as Country Manager at United Texmac Bangladesh.

Mr. Auniruddho Piaal has expressed his interest in visiting Singapore for leisure and tourism
purpose. Our company has no objection regarding his visit to Singapore for 6 (Six) days.

I’d also like to let you know that his leaves have been approved from 15 th December,2018 to 20th
December,2018 for this overseas trip. We’re expecting Mr. Auniruddho Piaal to report for work
on 22th December 2018 on the expiry of his approved leave.
