The Division Mathematics (UIS) have highly qualified faculties from reputed organizations who
have diversified expertise in the fields of Fixed Point Theory, Operations Research, Reliability,
Optimization, Solid Mechanics & Elasticity, Fractals, Numerical Analysis and Computational
Intelligence for Optimization. Mathematics Division runs two three-year programs B.Sc. Non-
Medical, B.Sc. (Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematics) and three two-year M.Sc.
programs in Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science with different specializations. The
Mathematics Division has Computational Lab and dedicated Research Lab with latest software
for learning. The Mathematics Division also renders research facilities leading to a Ph.D. degree
in different branches of Pure, Applied and Computational.
