EDWARD BLODNICK
Edward K.Blodnick is an accomplished lawyer who is one of the
owners of this law Firm. As a graduate of Harvard College and
Columbia Law School in 1957, he is shown to be experienced and
intelligent at his practice. He is also a member of New Jersey's,
New York's, and Florida's state Bars, making him licensed to
practice in all New York court districts, the Federal Courts of
Appeals, and the united States Supreme Court.
He primarily concentrates his practice in complex corporate litigation
and issues surrounding the practice of corporate medicine. He has
also been given high praise for his work as a lawyer as he has a
perfect 5 out of 5 AV Preeminent rating with Matindale-Hubbell, which
is the highest rating an attorney can earn. He has shown great efforts
and skills in his years of being a lawyer through his years of work and
continues to do so with Blodnick, Fazio, and Clark.

FAZIO
Thomas R. Fazio is another primary face of the Blodnick,
Fazio, and Clark law firm. He is an alumni of Syracuse
University and has been a decades old member of the New
York State Bar. He began practicing law by serving
corporations and small businesses in New York and spending
time as an in-house- counsel for secured commercial lenders
with billion dollar revenue.
He uses his experience in law for various resources in
negotiating and documenting business transactions for
both large and small businesses. He concentrates himself
in corporate formations, structure and finance, and the
operation and funding of nationwide medical facilities.

CLARK
James E. Clark is another one of the primary faces in the
Blodnick,Fazio, and Clark firm. He earned his doctorates at Hofstra
University and has been a member of the New York Bar since 2002.
Clark began practicing by serving some of the most preeminent
financial institutions, companies, securities exchanges, and more.
He also practices in private equity funds in areas such as mergers
and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and more.

Clark has practices dedicated to representing landlords and real


estate investors, also enjoying to handle routine matters. However,
he has a passion for handling complex litigation and transactional
matters for his clients.
