What can I understand by innovation and its concept?

In my opinion, innovation is
not only about producing or implementing new ideas or methods. It is actually a process that
involves multiple activities to develop new ways to do things. Innovation can be produced
with creativity. Innovations can provide more bigger opportunities are critical on survival,
economic growth, and success of a particular company. Innovating helps developing original
concepts and is a driver of optimizing operations. In terms of education, innovation
persuades teachers and students to discover, research and use all the tools to uncover
something new. It involves a different way of looking at problems and solving them. The
brainstorming process that goes into it will help students to develop their creativity and their
problem solving skills. It includes finding better ways of doing something and new ways to
look at problems. For example, if the students produce a building recycling bins, it’s not
about it. They identified problems with the waste management program, researched
solutions and created an advertising plan to promote their solution with help from other areas
of the school, such as robotics and broadcasting. Furthermore, the application of project-
based learning is another approach for encouraging innovation and creative thinking. Instead
of working on a single project, the project based learning combines multiple disciples in one
project. It promotes active and deeper learning.
