To make it clearer let’s try to apply it into another setting.

Let’s imagine a community that is governed

by this theory. One characteristic of that community is before they decide on something a consensus has
to be achieved. Another characteristic is participatory; everyone in the community must act on his/her
own part and learn how to take up space in the society. Third is accountability, people should learn to be
responsible in every activity in the society whether it is big or small. The next characteristic is
transparency; leaders in this imagined community should be honest and learn to share information to
the public. The fifth is being responsive, a community having responsive citizens that has actual concern
not only to the people but to the whole community itself including other issues. Equitable and inclusive
is another characteristics, means that equality and impartiality in all aspect is observed in this imaginary
community. Sixth characteristic is that everyone on the community should follow the given set of rules
to maintain peace and order. The last characteristic is being effective and efficient for both leaders and
members of the community. Combining everything in the beginning this may result to a new and
harmonious society that we don’t have today and what our theory aspires to have.
