⚫ Ask for an update about NGCP Supplier ⚫ NGCP process of accreditation

October 28, 2019 seems a typical kind of bureaucratic
Accreditation
(Monday) problem that impedes our
application for a long period of time

⚫ We went to NGCP office and gather

some information for our supplier
accreditation and got the following
reasons:
- They raise several issues like the
conflict in our declared tract
record because according to them
the inputs for both the local and
mother company is the same.
October 29, 2019 ⚫ Went to NGCP to ask the reasons why
They said we need to show the
NEPC mother and local company
(Tuesday) tract record of the local company
application haven’t been approved
as a single stand-alone company.
- We don’t need to seek the
approval of the both companies.
Approval of the main company
in China is just enough to join
the bidding process. During the
Bidding Process we can
nominate NEPC PCC as the local
Partner.
October 30, 2019 ⚫ Ask for the Proposal for JG Summit Jetty • I emailed Luzviminda Construct.
Port. And ask if they can provide us the
(Wednesday)
bidding proposal for the Jetty
Project

⚫ The bidding proposal is too hard to

get because first and foremost it is
October 31, 2019 ⚫ Ask for the Proposal for JG Summit Jetty confidential and it takes a whole
(Thursday) Port team to produce the documents.
