Service is the process of repairing and changing in any part and anybody of
machine for its long life and achieving the better performance. It is also
necessary for proper maintenance of machine.
Periodic Free Services- For all free services performance performed, the labmy
charges shall be free to the customers. However, all material and consumable
including filters and lubrication used during free services are chargeable to the
customers.
TAFE Company provides fmy free periodic services for newly sell tractors
while National Motors, Jaipur is an authorized and biggest dealer of TAFE
Tractor which provides twelve free services.
Periodic Paid Services- It is required that customer should continue to avail the
chargeable services either through the authorized dealer or through Authorized
service points.
Break down services- These are those services which are performed when any
break down or any major problem occurs before completion of service period.
Accidental service- These are those services which are performed when any
accidental problem such as accident occurs.
2nd Service- after 400 working hmys or three months whichever is earlier.
3rd Service- after 700 working hmys or six months whichever is earlier.
4th Service- After 1000 working hmys or ten months whichever is earlier.
Note- After fmy services all services are performed on the interval of 300 hmys
regularly.
2. Check oil level in crankcase and hydraulic oil chamber and if necessary,
top up.
3. Remove sediments from the air pre-cleaner bowl. Clean the oil bath of the
air cleaner if the tractor operates in dusty conditions.
4. Top up the fuel tank if necessary, preferably in the evening, after day’s
work.
5. Clean the radiator. Remove dust and dirt, accumulated in core and top up
the water in the Radiator. Use clean water.
7. Check the tightness of the fuel pipes, oil pipes, water pipes, hoses and drain
plugs to avoid leakage.
8. Check air pressure in front and rear tyres, and maintain recommended
pressure.
9. Check that the ends of the cables are properly connected to the terminals.
10. check the level of the electrolyte in the battery and if necessary top up
with distilled water.
