The filled EHV grade oil is not allowed to come in direct contact with atmospheric air ,by separating it with S.S Bellow. The variation in volume due to temperature varition is taken care of by S.S Bellow. The S.S Bellows are fitted with leak proof gasket joints to prevent any entry or exit of ‘atmospheric air into the CT. The Bellows are subjected to leak test by applying a Pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2.
