Significance of the study

The significance of this research is to know what are the factors that affect the

viewers of a game and the Roles of Gender in playing basketball. The main beneficiary

of this research is the least viewed party, they will be aware of what people wanted to

see and understand what are the society's perception about gender roles in playing

basketball.

This study will benefit to the following:

Coaches. If they are in the most viewed party coach, then they are the factor that affects

the popularity and will improve more of his/her athletes' skills to be more efficient to the

viewers same to the other party.

Players. The players will know what are the perceptions of the people about how gender

is playing basketball. Moreover, it may seek to understand the expectations of the

society.

Parents. They will know how to push or motivate their son/daughter to be a better

player.

Academe. This study may provide a new perspective in studying the nature of sports in

the lens of gender. This may also give better in understanding sports in lieu of gender.

Researchers. The researcher will gain a greater depth of learning in their chosen area

or topics.
Future researchers. This research may be used as a proof of what is the role of gender
in terms of playing basketball. You can also use this as a basis for future research study
that needs an answer to the question of being popular for men or women in sports.
