Internal environment are the factors that exists inside a company that can affect
the process of an organization. These factors have great effects on determining the
objectives and goals of a company as well as seeking ways on how they can produce
high quality products that will ensure customers’ satisfaction and provide excellent
service.

QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES


Based on what I’ve learned earlier; I’ve concluded that the quality of human
resources is one of the important factors that affect an organization. It is due to the fact
that this factor is mainly consists of the staff, persons, and the employees that will be
working itself. The product of the company is dependent on how these people will
execute their own roles and responsibilities as a worker. This factor clearly presents that
having good employees can help the company to straightforwardly achieve its goals and
objectives.
PHYSICAL RESOURCES AND TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
We live in a world where everything is continuously changing and evolving, along
with this, every company must seek ways and new methods to better satisfy the needs
and wants of customers. This factor refers to the equipment, machineries, and different
technological assets that a company uses to provide a better quality as well as the
quantity of their product. Technologies are made to improve the standard of a
company’s product and attain the satisfactory of consumers, that’s why it is important
that the machineries and equipment that the company will be using is up-to-date.
Possessing adequate and good qualities of resources will determine the efficiency of
products.
CORPORATE CULTURE
In my opinion, this factor will surely help in determining the background of a
company. It is important in every organization because it can give guidance and
assistance in establishing the goals and objectives of a company. The corporate culture
can also give support in knowing the environment of the company, in this way, everyone
can help evaluate and find new methods and ways to have much higher productivity in
the organization.
MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
This factor is of paramount importance in each enterprise owing to the fact that it
can help determine the overall vision that the company is trying to attain. This will help
in planning of how a company will give services and produce high quality products to
the consumer. In line with this, the company will clearly know the things and goals that
they want to accomplish at the end of the day.
