When it comes to running a company there are certain factors that will have a positive

impact on the organization. The idea is always to look for methods where you can improve

performance and success to have better goals for the future.

Training has a very important role in achieving goals and projects. This is the process by

which workers acquire all the knowledge, tools, skills and attitudes to be able to interact in

their work environment and be able to fulfill their role within the organization.

Training helps an organization be more defined for the choices of the people in a

project. Adequate training will allow to cover more areas and be in a greater number of

projects, which greatly improves production and competitiveness in the organization.

Development is a very important phase within an organization because with this it

identifies some phases where the company can identify people of interest. The concept of

improvement is defined as an effort to improve all the processes of an organization. It is the

idea of a permanent flow of small improvements, suitable continuously and will have

transformative results.
The development phase begins with identifying and coupled a group of people where they

have the ability to share their interests and thus create a better environment.

The next thing is to establish a workforce where you explore new fields where performance

can be improved. With this you can define a service area and the step to follow is to know

its territory. And the most important thing is to discover the needs to improve performance.

Informal learning does not have a structure like traditional and formal work. But this is a

very important factor that can make a difference within an organization. This allows you to

move, develop, relate and communicate. All informal learning, no matter how small,

teaches and allows learning from every moment within a company.

All these little details make the difference. The most important thing is always to look for

solutions and ways of success. With this you can reach very important people within an

organization where you will be able to increase the productivity of the organization and as a

result a better future. The secret of a good organization is that it knows how to be

productive but also that it facilitates the worker's training as a professional and that it trains

him for his future.
